Where we recommend it

No More Vapor Lock: Keeping Fuel Liquid in a Hot Vintage Engine Bay·#6

Self-adhesive aluminized tape for reflecting heat off hoses, wiring and the underside of the carb. The finishing touch, not the fix.

1.5 in. × 15 ft. Clean the surface well; adhesive tape fails on oily metal.

Affiliate disclosure

This site earns commission on qualifying purchases made through the merchant links it carries. A commission never changes the price you pay.

What we are paid does not decide what we recommend or how we rank it. Merchant links are added to picks the Site has already made, and a Product with no commercial relationship is ranked on the same terms as one that has one.

Prices and availability are set by the merchant and change frequently. We show a price only while our reading of it is still current by that merchant's own policy, and show a link to the merchant instead of a number whenever it is not.
